All OE products are built on fully automated SMT production lines with built-in inspection routines and vision systems. OSRAM Continental has invested in "advanced SMT" capabilities and build up related knowledge over several years to support projects which need a special high precision LED placement.
Dedicated lighting specific backend, testing, flashing, macro assembly and lens molding processes are available to assure optimum system integration.
Component sourcing and logistics are managed in-house where relationships with proven suppliers give OSRAM Continental greater control over the supply chain cost and timing.
