Efficiency meets light output and design

The B630/B63R LED dual-function projectors use an energy-efficient standard LED module, with which a static low beam and high beam light can be generated. Electromechanical shutters are used to switch between the two beam patterns. The integrated LED driver circuit makes installation in a customer-specific front headlight particularly easy by allowing the module to be connected direct to the on-board power supply. A protective circuit against polarity reversal/overvoltage as well as against excessively high temperatures ensures that the module operates perfectly well under all conditions. The design of the projection lens can be adapted almost freely to the customer’s specific requirements. This enables the implementation of an individual and highly energy efficient headlight system with LED standard modules.
